Exchange Policy
• Products can be exchanged within 15 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all original
packaging, certificates, and invoices.
• Customized or personalized jewelry is not eligible for exchange.
• The exchanged product must be of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be paid by the
customer.
Buy Back Policy
- Buy-back is available only for products manufactured and sold by Aurum Fine Diamonds.
- Original invoice/certificate required.
- Value based on market value and inspection.
- Lab-grown diamonds/jewelry subject to evaluation.
- Damaged/altered/incomplete items may be refused.
